Deal is complete between EMC & Vantage Point Moible (3GUpload.com).  
3GUpload is a leading mobile entertainment site known for a great music
selection for a good value. Their success was noticed by VantagePoint
Venture Partners - the VC firm behind mySpace, who invested $20 million, a
very significant investment for a mobile entertainment firm.  By then
acquiring Mophone, a pioneer in the mobile community space, 3GUpload was
able to expand its community and increase membership to more than four
million registered users.  EMC is very enthusiastic about the opportunity to
be a part of 3Gupload & the mobile movement.
